Will my rates go up by filing a claim?

No- it is not like a car wreck where someone is to blame, this is a natural disaster and is the reason you pay for homeowners insurance. They cannot penalize you for using something you pay for.

What about my deductable?

The deductable is the amount the insurance company deducts from what they pay you to get the work done. They expect you to pay that amount to get the work done.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely, satisfied customers refer their friends. Ask about our warranties.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

We are a licensed general contractor, carry insurance and meet all state bonding requirements. We are also A+ certified by the BBB and can have peace of mind knowing you are dealing with a reputable established company.

Are you Local?

Yes we are in Atlanta and service all of Georgia. If you need a new roof, wouldn’t it make sense to hire a company who has been working in your area and will remain there once all the storm work has been completed. A company from out of town will likely leave when the work dries up and most likely, so will your warranty.

How long does the process take?

The insurance and mortgage release process can take as little as 2 days or as long as two months. We are professional at assisting you with this process and can help you cut through the red tape to save you time and headaches.

Can you give me an estimate?

We can but the only estimate that really counts is the estimate written by your insurance adjuster, we will compare our measurements and costs with your insurance company and come to a mutually agreeable estimate.
